Studio spaces are located on the second floor of the building.  Because of the extensive renovation of the building front, studio spaces had to wait longer for renovation than anticipated.  Good news though, renovation is almost complete.

All spaces have natural light.  Some have water, others share a bathroomm and utility sink.
Studio tenants will be allowed to show their art in the second floor gallery (starting in Sept. 2011) during all gallery openings and during other hours provided there is a monitor.
There is private parking available for studio tenants.

This space will house the upstairs gallery where artists renting studio space will be able to exhibit their work.  There will be an occasional show representing different art groups in the area as well.  Access from the main gallery will be attained by an interior staircase which is being built now!  
Aug.29: Lights up, Floor almost finished!

Studio A has 2 North facing windows and is one of two studios with it's own bathroom and utility sink.  
This studio is approx. 256 sq. ft.

Studio B is approximately 275 Sq.Ft.  It has 3 north facing windows with a view of the canal.  In my opinion one of the best spaces!    Floor still needs painting and we're going to add some insulation.


Aug. 29th: Insulation in, studio painted.

 Studio C is almost ready.  It is one of the two spaces with it's own bathroom and utility sink.  Approx. 195 sq. ft.  
This studio is available for groups or individuals who only need a space once in a while for meetings or drawing/painting sessions etc.  Daily rates are available.
The space is also the home of the Brockport Artists' Guild.

Studio D is another beauty of a space for those who like south light and lots of it!  3 South facing windows and one East facing window.  It is approx. 248 sq. ft.
Currently being used as the classroom space until it is rented.

Studio E has two south facing windows.   It is approx. 180 sq.ft.  and entrance is right off the upstairs gallery.

Studio F is the smallest space.  It has one south facing window, is long and narrow and is approx. 117 sq.ft.  The up side of this studio is that it has a lot of wall space.  The entrance is off of the upstairs gallery.  

This is part of the shared space for Studio B, D, E, and F.  There is a bathroom behind the door and the sink to the right is the utility sink.  I might also put a small coat closet up here for Gallery guests.
